This Victorian top hat is shiny black satin with a beaded black lace hat band around the crown. There is a sumptuous lace piece that is beaded and sequined on the front of the crown….and a lace piece under the front brim and crown top. Black satin braid edges the brim and crown and an ample chunk of black feather boa falls down the back. A soft bow and tails of black crushed tulle fall below the bouquet of black satin roses. Some beaded lace is layered on the rose buds and above the bouquet in back as well…it is really an extravagant hat! It measures 22-1/2" and is ready to ship immediately!
