Good day to you, Ladies and Gentlemen. We present our Aviator brass goggles. As all our other goods, these goggles are 100% handcrafted and made from scratch. And as always, when we say it – we mean it.
These goggles are very comfortable and light, yet durable enough to serve you not only as a fashion accessory, but also as a real deal safety goggles. They provide considerable protection against dust and metal particles, and you can wear them for hours without notice. Moreover, if you equip these goggles with standard 50mm welding lenses, you'll get a fine welding goggles. Indeed, if you were looking for goggles that are handcrafted from 100% authentic materials, and can also be used as a FUNCTIONAL gear, then look no further – we believe that these goggles are the best choice.
Here is the list, that provides you with all the required information about this product and it's properties:
Frames:
Inner parts – made of 1mm solid brass. Diameter – 50mm.
Exterior parts – made of 1.5mm solid brass. Diameter – 53mm.
Lenses – 50mm diameter lenses, made of 3mm perspex. Any other 50mm lens will fit in the frame, including standard glass lenses for welding goggles.
Oculars – made of 2mm veg-tanned leather, polished with carnauba wax to achieve additional smoothness and rich gloss.
Half-mask – made of 2mm veg-tanned leather, suntanned and polished with carnauba wax to achieve additional smoothness and rich gloss. Padding leather strip is hand-stitched to the mask with waxed polyester thread.
Strap – made of 2mm veg-tanned leather, suntanned polished with carnauba wax. The strap is 1.55 cm wide and long enough to fit even the largest head sizes and being worn over aviator caps or cylinder hats.
Strap buckle – solid brass buckle. Mirror polished and attached to the strap with copper rivets.
Screws and nuts – all solid brass. Threading is standard 1\8".

As a standard shipping option we offer First Class shipping, that usually takes 2-3 weeks.
As an upgrade you can choose Express Mail Service (EMS), which is USPS Express in the US and Express Post in other locations. This option allows delivery in 5-10 days.
We provide tracking information right after the order is shipped for both options.

In addition to all this, we want to add some important notes. Practically, all of our goggles are made of brass and leather (sometimes using mild steel, tin or copper rivets) – no "faux leather", no synthetics or plastic. The only unauthentic parts are perspex lenses and polyester threads – and this is only for reasons of safety and reliability – we do not want shards of broken glass getting into the eyes of our clients, nor do we want ocular padding falling apart after two or three years of usage. That’s why, it is not glass lenses and cotton thread, but perspex and polyester.
