Our workshop Pandicon offers you 6xIN14 Nixie Сlock kit without case.
These clocks feature new, old stock space-race era Russian Nixie tubes. “Pandicon” clock uses exclusively tested NOS (new old stock) tubes from stocks of past decades. Tubes in this clock can work up to 30 years. Indicators are already considered a rarity, since no longer produced.
These clocks will not play music, take your temperature or connect to the Internet. What they will do is display the time, beautifully and simply. The numbers glow soft orange in blown glass tubes. Setting the time is accomplished simply by pressing the two buttons hidden on the back, one for hours and one for minutes. “Pandicon” desktop clocks are exclusively made in Russia.
The numbers in the Nixies are about 18mm tall. The time is displayed in standard 24-hour format on the 4 Tubes.
Clocks uses 5V DC power from USB and can be connected to your PC or to the 220/110VAC via power adapter.
The matching clock electronics components are at the highest technical level . For example, the heart of time keeping is an extremely accurate RTC quartz with automatic temperature compensation and an accuracy of < 10 sec / year!
Change of digits from 0 to 9 every 10 minutes to prevent poisoning cathodes
