This is an Amelia Earhart America stars and stripes aviator Steampunk mini top hat designed and handmade by me. It is made of a brown destressed aviator jacket style faux leather fabric with a vintage stars and stripes print cotton fabric lining the base and gathered and sewn at the front and back. The hat is embellished with a antique brass spinable airplane propellers hand sewn to the sides. The piece secures with a black elastic hat band that goes behind the head and beneath the hair.
*Note – All three of the brass propellers in the made to order piece will be the same size and similar style as the outer propellers pictured! 🙂 The center propeller was an antique pin making the original a one of a kind.
